Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy, was born on March 5, 1988, in Ashaiman, Ghana. He developed a passion for music while growing up and participated in local rap and reggae competitions before becoming a professional artist.

His unique ability to combine reggae, dancehall, Afrobeats, and highlife helped him build a distinctive musical identity.

Stonebwoy rose to prominence after releasing songs such as Climax featuring Samini and later became one of Ghana’s biggest dancehall stars with hit records including Baafira, People Dey, and Nominate.
