Biography


Camidoh, born Raphael Camidoh Kofi Attachie, is a Ghanaian singer, songwriter, and performer known for his smooth vocals and blend of afrobeats, R&B, and highlife. He was born on January 21, 1994, in Aflao in the Volta Region of Ghana.

Camidoh began his music career as a songwriter and later gained recognition with songs like “For My Lover” and “Available.” However, he rose to international fame with his hit single “Sugarcane,” which became a global anthem after a remix featuring King Promise, Mayorkun, and Darkoo.

The success of “Sugarcane” earned him major recognition across Africa and beyond, including winning Best Afrobeats Song at the MOBO Awards.

Known for his melodic sound, romantic themes, and consistency, Camidoh continues to grow as one of Ghana’s leading afrobeats artists.
